We will study the works Jennings & Stahl-Wert, Patrick Lencioni, Don Miguel Rüiz, and McKnight & Block. Along with real world examples, these inspirational works will help us understand what it takes to be effective in our community, work, family, and Rochester at-large. This proven approach to leadership development will challenge conventional thinking and give you the tools you need to transform your personal leadership style and engage your employees around building a thriving community with purpose.
